Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for Forcepoint Web Security Suite using Syslog configuration

This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure Forcepoint Web Security Suite to send the logs to the Log Collection Platform (LCP).

Configuring Forcepoint Web Security Suite

  1. Log in to Forcepoint console.

  2. Expand settings tab.

  3. Roll over the cursor on General tab

4. Select SIEM Integration.

5. Enable the checkbox Enable SIEM integration for this Policy Server.

6. Enter IP address of the syslog servers and port number: 514 in the text box.

7. Check the UDP radio button for Transport protocol.

8. Select SIEM Format as syslog/CEF (Arcsight) from the drop down menu

 

9. Click Ok.

10. Click Save and Deploy.
