Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for Cisco AMP Endpoint

This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure Cisco AMP Endpoint to allow log collection from the Log Collection Platform (LCP).

Configuring Cisco AMP Endpoint

To use the AMP for Endpoint API, you have to set up an API credential.  Below are the steps to create the credential through the AMP Console.

  1. Log in to the Console and navigate to Accounts > API Credentials.

2. Click New API Credential to create a new set of Keys.

3. Provide an Application name. Select the Scope Read-only and check the Enable Command line option.

4. Click the Create button. The API Key Details appears.

Note: Save this credential prior closing the screen. Your API credentials are displayed once only. If you lose the credentials, you have to generate new ones.
