Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for Secui MF2

This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure Secui MF2 to send logs to the Log collection Platform (LCP).

 Configuring Secui MF2

  1. Login to Secui MF2.

  2. Go to Monitoring > Monitoring Settings > Syslog Settings.

  3. Enter the source IP address of the Secui MF2 server.

  4. Check the Enable check box.

  5. In the Server IP (Domain)\Port column, type the LCP IP address and port number.

  6. From the Facility drop-down list, select Local0.

  7. From the Facility drop-down list, select  WELF.

  8. In Description text box, type a description for the LCP.

  9. Click Apply to apply the settings.

10. Go to Monitoring > Monitoring Settings > Log Settings.

11. Check the Enable check box for corresponding Log Names in the Local tab and Syslog tab.

12. Click Apply to apply the settings.

13. Go to Monitoring > Monitoring Settings > Warning Settings.

14. Check Enable for corresponding Alerts and under the Send Syslog tab, check Enable for syslog servers.

15. Click Apply to apply the settings.
