Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for Elastica CloudSOC

This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure Elastica CloudSOC to allow log collection from the Log Collection Platform (LCP).

Configuring Elastica CloudSOC

Users need to create keys as part of device configuration. Please follow the steps below to create access keys:

  1. Login to Elastica CloudSOC using your administrator credentials.

  2. On the CloudSOC menu bar, click <Username> and choose Settings.

  3. On the Settings page, click the API Keys tab.

  4. To create a new API Access key, enter a descriptive name for the new key and click Add New API Key.

  5. Once it is generated in the API Keys List, click the download icon for the new key. The downloaded file will be in .json format. Open it with notepad to view the contents. This information is used for configuring the collector on the LCP.

 Note: The contents of the API key file also can be viewed from the Elastica Web console by clicking the details icon.

Creating New Request for Monitoring

Once the device is configured as outlined in the steps above and all network pre-requisites have been made, you are now ready to onboard it for MDR monitoring. To complete this process, submit a New Request via the MDR Portal. This new request should contain the following information:

  1. Reporting LCP Hostname/IP Address:

  2. Elastica URL:

  3. Username:

  4. Password:

  5. Tenant:
