Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for Poly Studio

This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure Poly Studio to send logs to the Log collection Platform (LCP).

Configuring Poly Studio

  1. Login to device console and navigate to Diagnostics.

  2. Navigate to Logs.

  3. Select log level as Critical.

  4. Enable the remote logging.

  5. Enter LCP IP Address as Remote Log Server Address.

  6. Select TLS from Remote Log Server Transport Protocol.
