Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for McAfee™ MVISION Cloud

This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure McAfee MVISION Cloud to allow log collection from the Log Collection Platform (LCP).

Configuring McAfee MVISION Cloud

  1. Log in to the McAfee VISION Console.

  2. Click on the Gear icon at the right top corner of the console and select User Management > Users

 

3. Choose Actions > Create New User to create a user account

4. Enter the details such as First name, Last name and Email address for the user account creation.

5. Click on the Save button.

Note: The user will receive an email to create password. 

6. On clicking the Create Password button from the received email, the McAfee MVISION cloud portal will prompt you to set a password for the account

Note: The username (email address) and password will be used as an authentication keys to access the logs through API.
