Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for Kemp LoadMaster™
This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure Kemp LoadMaster™ to send logs to the Log collection Platform (LCP).

Configuring Kemp LoadMaster
To configure Kemp LoadMaster to send event logs, follow the steps below.
Login to Kemp Loadmaster.
Navigate to Logging Options > Syslog Options.
3. In the right pane, provide the IP address of the LCP in any one of the provided options.
Note: Recommended is Info Host.
4. Click Change Syslog Parameters.

Protocol | UDP | The default protocol for syslog. Note: The device does not support TCP. |
IP Address | Kemp LoadMaster Interface IP address | Logging device IP address mentioned in the Pre-Installation Questionnaire (PIQ). Note: If the device sends logs using multiple interfaces, contact the Accenture MDR onboarding team. |
Port Number | 514 | The default port number for UDP. Note: The device does not support custom port number. |
