Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for Symantec Cloud Workload Protection Logging Configuration

This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure Symantec Cloud Workload Protection (CWP) to allow log collection from the Log Collection Platform (LCP).

 Configuring Symantec Cloud Workload Protection

To configure Symantec CWP, follow the steps below.

  1. Login to the CWP Web UI and click the icon in the left pane. 

2. Under General Settings, select API Keys and click the Enable button. 

3. Make a note of the following information which is required for CWP configuration.

  • Customer ID

  • Domain ID

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret Key

 

Note: You can refresh (revoke and re-acquire) the Client ID and Client Secret Key. In such a case, please provide the new Client ID and Client Secret Key to be configured in the LCP.
