Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for JumpCloud Directory

This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure JumpCloud Directory to allow log collection from the Log Collection Platform (LCP).

Configuring JumpCloud Directory

  1. Log in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal.

  2. Click the username drop-down menu located in the top-right of the Admin Portal.

  3. Click API Settings.

API Key Considerations: This API key is associated with the administrator currently logged in. Only administrator roles can access the API.

4. Recycling or Resetting Your API Key

To revoke access with the current API key, click Generate New API Key in the API settings window. This renders all calls using the previous API key inaccessible.
