Accenture MDR Quick Start Guide for Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway
This quick start guide will help Accenture MDR customers configure Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway to allow log collection from the Log Collection Platform (LCP).

Configuring Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway
Pre-requisites: Need SSE product suite.
Login to Skyhigh Security Service Edge Console with “Administrator” or “Account with the User Manager role” credentials.
Go to Settings > User Management > Users.
Click Actions > Create New User.
Under User Details, add the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email - This will be the user’s login credential. The user will receive an email with a link to create a password.
Select Read Only and Save.
Create a password for same user.
Share username, password, customer ID(that you received when you purchased the product, but leave out the initial c before the string of numbers) and country or region prefix as below with MxDR.

ca — Canada
de — Germany
gb — United Kingdom
in — India
sg — Singapore
us — United States
