Device Configuration
Log in to Skyhigh Security Service Edge Console with Administrator or Account with the User Manager role credentials.
Navigate to Settings >Â User Management > Users.
Click Actions > Create New User.
Under User Details, add the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email - This will be the user’s login credential. The user will receive an email with a link to create a password.Â
Select Read Only and click Save.
Create a password for same user.
Share the username, password, customer ID (excluding the initial "c" before the string of numbers received during purchase), and the country or region prefix as indicated below, to Adaptive MxDR Service Delivery Lead.
