Device configuration

  1. Log in Duo Admin Panel.

  2. Navigate to Applications.

  3. Select which service, system, or appliance you want to protect with Duo. In the Applications page lists all resources that are linked and protected by your Duo service.

  4. Enroll your users in Duo.

There are several methods for enrollment, such as importing from an Active Directory domain. Some applications also support self-enrollment by users when they access the protected service.

  1. Click Protect an Application and locate Admin API in the applications list.

  1. Click Protect for Admin API to get your integration key, secret key, and API hostname.

  1. Select Grant read log permission to read the logs if you are using Duo Auth as the log type. If you are going to configure log type Duo User Context, please select Grant read resource permission.
    Grant read resource permission is applicable for both the log types.
