Device Configuration

Enable To enable logging to your account:

  1. Log in to Administration Console and navigate to Administration > Account > Account Settings.

  2. Select Enhanced Logging Section

  3. Select all type of logs, below are the choices:

    1. Inbound - logs for messages from external senders to internal recipients

    2. Outbound - logs for messages from internal senders to external recipients

    3. Internal - logs for messages between internal domains

  4. Select Save

Create To create API Application:

  1. Log in to Console with credentials.

  2. Click on Add API Application

  3. Fill the details as below:

    1. Application Name - Provide a name for the application that you can easily identify.

    2. Category - Select category as SIEM Integrationfrom drop down list.

    3. Description - Provide a description of the application.

  4. Click on Next

  5. Fill the Settingssection as below:

    1. Developer - Add the name of the application's developer.

    2. Email - Add the email address of the application's developer.

  6. Click on Next

  7. Review the information displayed in the Summary page to  to ensure all details are correct.

  1. Click on Add.

Get To get Application ID and Application Key:

  1. Navigate to Administration →  > Services →  > API Applications

  2. Click on API Application which you have created in previous step.

  3. You will see the Application ID and Application Key. Copy these details for Integration.
