Prerequisite: Need a user in the device which has Reader role assigned.
Log in to your my.imperva.com account.
On the sidebar, Navigate to Management > Users > Add User.

The account administrator or any user with the appropriate permissions can add a new user to the account.

The new user clicks the link in the email to verify their address and set a login password.
Note: If the sites live under the sub-accounts, you will have to add the user at the sub-account level.
How to generate API ID and API Key of Reader user?
Log in to your my.imperva.com account.
On the sidebar, navigate Management > Users
Select the user which has Reader role to open Setting Panel.
In right pane Setting Panel, go to API Keys
Add Key Name
Choose API Key will expire in to Never
Set the Status should be enabled
Click on Save button.
New Popup window will open which will contain the API ID and API Key. Copy these details and share it to MDR.
